The Fluke FLK-59 MAX+/SEA Infrared Thermometer is a compact, handheld instrument designed for fast, non-contact surface temperature measurements in industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC applications. It measures temperatures from -30°C to 500°C (-22°F to 932°F) and features a 10:1 distance-to-spot ratio with precise single-laser targeting for accurate, repeatable readings. The large backlit LCD supports easy viewing, while selectable maximum, minimum, average, and differential readings help identify temperature variations. High- and low-temperature alarms provide quick alerts when readings exceed preset limits. With an IP40 rating, a 1-metre drop-tested design, and convenient AA battery operation, it is suitable for inspecting motors, transformers, pumps, electrical panels, circuit breakers, compressors, ducts, and ventilation systems.
