The SMC LVQ40-Z13 is a 2-port air-operated chemical liquid valve designed for high-purity fluid handling in semiconductor, chemical processing, and biotechnology equipment. It features a PVDF body with a non-metallic exterior and an integrated flare fitting for connection to 1/2-inch tube with an outside diameter of 13 mm. The valve uses a diaphragm construction for controlled chemical liquid flow and is typically configured as normally closed (N.C.). The LVQ40 series has a 10 mm orifice and supports back pressure up to 0.5 MPa, making it suitable for clean fluid transfer and chemical circulation systems requiring non-metallic wetted components.
