The SMC LVN40-S13 is a high-purity fluoropolymer needle valve designed for manual flow regulation of light liquids in semiconductor, cleanroom, and other high-purity fluid systems. It is constructed from new PFA material for compatibility with acids, alkalis, and ultrapure water. The LVN40 body class provides an adjustable flow range of 0 to 12 L/min and uses a needle mechanism designed to minimize micro-bubble generation during flow adjustment. The S13 configuration features an integrated standard tube fitting based on the SMC LQ2 PFA fitting system and is intended for 1/2 x 3/8-inch tubing connections.
