The XYA Series Stainless Steel High Vacuum In-line Valve is a precision-engineered, normally closed valve with a bellows seal designed for high-vacuum applications, featuring a unified precision casting that prevents gas accumulation and ensures optimal vacuum integrity, with a flange size of 40 mm (CF070) and KF (NW) type flanges for easy integration, compatible and interchangeable with Aluminum High Vacuum Angle Valves from Series XL and XM, and suitable for operating temperatures from 5 to 60°C, equipped with two solid-state M9B auto switches with grommet, indicator lights, and 0.5 m lead wires for accurate in-line detection of valve open and closed positions with DC24V operation (DC10–28V), while the FKM seal (Compound No. 1349-80) provides reliable chemical resistance, high durability, and vacuum-tight performance, making it ideal for semiconductor, research, and industrial processes where precise vacuum control, leak-free operation, and integrated monitoring are critical for maintaining system performance, safety, and long-term reliability.
