The CMP A2F Cable Gland is a high-performance termination solution designed for use in explosive atmospheres, suitable for all types of unarmoured and braid armoured cables. Certified to ATEX, IECEx, UKEX, CSA, EAC, KCs, INMETRO, CCC, CCOE/PESO, RETIE, UkrSEPRO, and Marine approvals (LRS, DNV, ABS, BV), it ensures global compliance for hazardous area installations. Engineered to BS 6121:Part 1:1989, IEC/EN 62444, and IEC 60079 series, it offers Ex eb, Ex db, Ex nR, and Ex ta protection for gas and dust zones, with IP66, IP67, and IP68 ingress protection and deluge compliance to DTS01:91. Constructed from brass, electroless nickel-plated brass, stainless steel, or aluminium, the gland provides IK10 mechanical impact resistance, reliable sealing via the CMP SOLO LSF halogen-free thermoset elastomer, and a displacement sealing technique for robust environmental protection.
