The CMP A2 Industrial Cable Gland is designed for unarmoured and braid armoured cables, providing reliable sealing and protection in demanding environments. Manufactured in compliance with BS 6121:Part 1:1989, IEC 62444, and EN 62444 standards, it offers exceptional mechanical performance with Impact Level 8 and Retention Class B ratings. The gland delivers enclosure protection up to IK10 and ingress protection ratings of IP66, IP67, and IP68, along with deluge compliance per DTS01:91. Available in brass, electroless nickel-plated brass, stainless steel, and aluminium, it uses a CMP thermoset rubber seal with the unique displacement seal concept for effective sealing at the cable outer sheath. Certified by CSA, GOST R, and approved for marine use by LR and ABS, the CMP A2 gland ensures durability, safety, and versatility across industrial and offshore applications, with optional accessories such as locknuts, earth tags, serrated washers, and shrouds for complete installation.
