The LEFS Series Electric Actuator/Slider Type with Ball Screw Drive offers robust performance for a variety of applications. Available in both Step Motor (Servo/24 VDC) and Servo Motor (24 VDC) options, it supports a maximum work load of 65 kg and provides high precision positioning repeatability of ±0.015 mm. It also meets ISO Class 4 clean specifications (ISO14644-1) for cleanroom compatibility (11-LEFS). For the AC Servo Motor variant, the LEFS Series features a high output motor available in 100, 200, and 400 W options. It excels in high-speed transfer, high acceleration/deceleration capabilities up to 20,000 mm/s², and includes a pulse input type with an internal absolute encoder. This variant achieves even higher positioning repeatability of ±0.01 mm and also complies with ISO Class 4 clean specifications (ISO14644-1) (11-LEFS).
