By building solar panels on rooftops or empty lands, electricity can be generated from the sun which is an unlimited resource. The investment in renewable energy will also reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The team of experts from KVC successfully supplied the customer, a university in Johor, with more than 50 Huawei Smart Photovoltaic (PV) Inverters. Since the university had several buildings scattered in the compound, it would be a challenge to sync all the inverters to have Net Energy Metering (NEM) and Self-consumption configuration. To overcome this challenge, KVC’s Solar PV Team had a few brainstorming sessions with customer to propose a solution that solved the challenge at hand.

The Huawei Smart PV Inverters are ideal for this customer’s solar project because the Huawei communication configuration is flexible. Huawei is a recognised global leader in the Solar PV inverter industry and these smart inverters are capable of providing users with a higher yield because of its AI boosted tracking system. Apart from supporting customers with the commissioning and site visits for this solar project, KVC also conducted training to ensure that the customers are confident with their newly installed solution.
