Pressure and flow monitoring products are designed to monitor the condition of air consumption. It comes with an LED display which allow user to monitor the condition easily. The monitoring products consist of the MEMS sensor and allow detecting the flow. It comes with the indicator to notify user when there is air leaking happens.

An ergonomic and robust designed body with patented valve design and KN nozzles of the air bowing products produces considerably reduced in pressure losses. It only required a minimum actuation force. Pressure Booster comes with the built-in mesh filter at IN port have improved the reliability of the products. It consists of the floating piston structure and a grease retaining groove which allowed a longer service life of the machine. Most importantly, the SMC pressure booster needs no electrical supply.


Benefit

Any air leakage is detectable and controlled by using the flow switches. It comes with the indicator to alert and fasten the investigation process of air leakage. It saves a lot in terms of manpower usage as well as minimized interruption and increases productivity.

Booster regulators provide a vast increase in factory air pressure. The pressure can be increased up to twice with no need for electrical supply, but the only air operation required. Productivity can be increased with the same energy consumption. In addition, the booster also helps to reduce the cost of upgrading the compressor and save on the electrical bills.
