Long DescriptionVermont Gages Thread Gages inspect the pitch diameter and the functional thread for both internal and external threaded products. Thread gages are supplied with a certifacte of accuracy. All Thread Gages are marked with nominal size, threads per inch or pitch metric , class of fit and pitch diameters. One line of additional marking up to 25 characters may be included at no additional cost. Working thread plug gages are used to insure the assembly of mating threaded parts. Vermont Gage inventories a broad range of Working Thread Plug Gages used to inspect both the Unified Inch and M Series Metric product threads. We also carry Left Hand Unified and Metric thread gages, as well as STI (gages for Screw Thread Inserts).- Custom microprocessor controlled for highest accuracy and reliability. - 3 LEDs for checking correct wiring status. - 15mA LOOP measurement: LOOP impedance 2000O range measurement is carried out with low test current (15mA).
