Long DescriptionThe 8329TCS Thermal Adhesive is a high thermal conductivity, 2-part epoxy designed for strong bonding and effective heat transfer across various substrates. With a thermal conductivity of 1.4 W/(m·K), it offers excellent electrical insulation and mechanical strength. Its 1:1 mix ratio provides a long 4-hour working time and cures in just 1 hour at 80°C (176°F). This dark grey, viscous, thixotropic adhesive is resistant to humidity, salt water, mild bases, and aliphatic hydrocarbons, making it ideal for demanding applications. Additionally, it meets NASA low-outgassing standards for use in sensitive environments.
