Long DescriptionSMC high purity Hyperflare™ Fitting series LQ* responds to the latest demands in process control. From parts cleaning to assembly and packaging, all processes are controlled for cleanliness, and the use of new PFA virtually eliminates particle generation and TOC (total organic carbon) allowing confident use for the most demanding applications. If chemistries or flow requirements are changed during process, our face seal design allows for quick change of tubing, and/or tube diameters, using the same fitting body.Series KQG2 is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG2 series is available in both metric and inch sizes. The KQG2 is more compact and lightweight, and offers more configuration variations and tube sizes than the KQG series.It comes in tapered thread in accordance with JIS B0203 and compatible with pressure-tight media to DIN EN 10226.
