Long DescriptionThe Amprobe SM-CAL1 is a sound meter calibrator with two output levels of 94 dB and 114 dB. The calibrator generates these fixed sound level signals for calibration of sound level meters. The unit ships with a 1/2" adaptor installed to accommodate sound meters and microphones with 1/2 diameter.With its Pasty initial consistency (modelling clay), the KE-AD can be applied manually on vertical or overhead surfaces. The final impression is Semi-Flexible (60 Shore A hardness), and has no strong capacity to be deformed ans strectched. It only accepts 5% Removal Constraint. The KE-AD is recommended for taking impressions of external simple forms on parts of large or medium sizes. It can also be used to create protective caps against surface treatments.The Zirconia Alumina Z-Cool Flap Wheel 80 Grit is a high-performance mounted flap wheel, sized 2-1/2" x 1-1/2" with a 1/4" shank, ideal for coarse grinding tasks. Designed with radially arranged abrasive flaps on a durable resinoid-bonded cloth backing, it adapts seamlessly to surface contours, ensuring precision. This ISO 3919-compliant flap wheel features active grinding additives that enhance stock removal efficiency, prevent clogging, and enable cooler grinding, making it perfect for demanding industrial applications requiring high stock removal and smooth finishes.
