Long Description‘W’ Shape - Shank Dia. 3mm except * = 6mm. Suitable for portable die and straight hand grinders. All points are aluminium oxide with ‘rubenite™’ as standard for all general-purpose grinding and deburring on steels and most metals. Shank diameters are metric as listed below with inch sizes available on request. Maximum speeds are quoted assuming that collet to back of point does not exceed 12.7mm (1/2”) and are for guidance only.Series L100 HSS Straight Shank Long Series Drills. Metric. General purpose drills which are designed to drill steels with tensile strength up to 1,000N/mm2, cast steel, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, nickel brass and graphite. Point angle: 118°, helix angle: normal, web thickness: normal, relief angle: 10° - 20°, tolerance of diameter: h8, tolerance of f11. Manufactured to BS 328; Part 1: 1986, DIN 340 RN, ISO 494.A go gauge is an inspection tools used to check a workpiece against the allowed tolerances using go tests. To go test is to pass the inspection.
