Long Description	Manufactured from high quality satin finish steel with a polished steel head. Supplied with a fully traceable calibration certificate and storage case. The desired torque value can be set, and is displayed in windows on the handle. Manufactured to BS EN 26789 : 1994 and Federal GGG-W-686 standards.	Prevents accidental engagement of electrical circuits during maintenance. Lockout works on switches with or without holes. Use cleats with clamp-on lockout to assure positive restraint for breakers with long sliding switch throws.
