Long DescriptionThe CQM is a compact cylinder integrated with a guide rod and plate. The series is available in 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, and 100mm bore sizes. Non-rotating accuracy is 0.2 or less. Series CQM allows a workpiece to be mounted directly to the tooling plate. Auto switches are mountable/removable even when the plate is retracted.The CNA2 series cylinder with lock is suitable for mid-stroke stops, emergency stops, and drop prevention. An equal holding force in extending and retracting directions make it possible to lock at either end of the stroke. High reliability and stable holding force are maintained by using a substantially lengthened brake shoe with superior wear resistance. The locking mechanism is isolated from lock release air, so lock function is not diminished by excessive dirt or drain in compressed air.The MY1B Rodless Cylinders have a one-piece carriage and piston that runs its entire stroke length housed with an inner seal belt to maintain air pressure combined with an outer dust seal band to protect from contaminants. This design offers a compact footprint compared to rod-style cylinders and features a low profile. Air cushions are standard and external shock absorbers are optional.
