Long DescriptionSMC's PFM dual color digital flow switch was developed initially to detect microchip component adsorption in vacuum, and early clogging in both filter and nozzle applications. The series is incredibly compact and lightweight compared to existing flow sensors. The PFM is available in four maximum flow rate options 10, 25, 50 and 100 /min, and is suitable for use with air, nitrogen, argon or carbon dioxide.SMC's popular one touch technology has been incorporated into this series where all the wetted metal parts are made from stainless steel. This fitting is suitable for use in CRT production for example where the use of copper must be avoided. Other applications include wash down or other environments that could corrode normal fittings. KG can be used for vacuum 100 kPa and pressures up to 1 MPa (~150 PSI). This fitting is available in 27 different body styles, with connection sizes from M5 to + R(PT), and tube sizes from 4mm OD to 12 mm OD.Applications that call for precise movement ranging from 10-150mm * typically require a cylinder and a precision guide. The MXS accomplishes this by integrating a cross roller bearing with a guide and two small air cylinders for compact force generation. The MXS is available in six sizes each with set stroke lengths and is standard with auto switch capability. Stroke adjustments are available for extend, retract, or both in ranges of 0-5mm, 0-15mm, and 0-25mm. In addition, there are many other standard options that include, shock absorbers, end lock, axial piping, and buffer.
