Long Description	The Fluke 27 II digital multimeters define a new standard for operating in harsh conditions with the features and accuracy to troubleshoot most electrical problems. Meters have IP 67 (waterproof and dustproof) rating, MSHA approvals, extended operating temperature range of -15 °C to +55 °C (5 °F to 131 °F, -40 °C for up to 20 minutes) and 95 % humidity, and have been designed and tested to withstand a 3 m (10 ft) drop. The Fluke 20 Series Multimeters are built to work in the toughest environments.	The Everbright obstruction light is the FAA type L810 LED based red obstruction light. It is used for night time obstruction marking of tall structure for television, radio, communication, microwave,transmission line tower, building and any structure that may present hazard to aircraft navigation as specified by DCA Malaysia, FAA and ICAO. A dual system is recommended when a structure is located in an urban area or location where the failure of a single unit could create an unsafe condition and in remote area where maintenance cannot be performed within a reasonable time. A transfer relay may be used to switch to spare unit.
