Long DescriptionThis Acti9 iPF K 40 product is a modular surge arrester. It protects 3P installations. The Imax maximum discharge current is 40kA .The In nominal discharge current is 15kA. The multi-pole single-piece surge arrester range is adapted for TT earthing systems. This type 2 incoming protection surge arrester is recommended for a high risk level. The Uc maximum continuous operating voltage in common mode (between neutral and earth) is 340VAC. The Up Voltage protection level in common mode (between phase and earth) is 1.5kV. The Ue rated operational voltage is 230VAC or 400VAC +/- 10%. The product colour is white (RAL9003).The dimensions are (W) 72mm x (H) 81mm x (D) 69mm. The weight is 335g. The degree of protection is IP20 and IP40 in modular enclosure. The operating temperature is -25°C to 60°C. The storage temperature is -40°C to 85°C. This product is compliant with IEC 61643-11 and EN 61643-11 standards.The VARITECTOR SPC features a pluggable arrester which can be easily replaced or tested without any re-wiring. The V-TEST testing device enables an easy observance of maintenance intervals. The simple snap-on VSPC BASE allows for convenient mounting while simultaneously establishing a PE contact via the mounting rail. Featuring both, simple operation and high packaging density, the VSPC provides high-quality surge protection for all I&C signals. A coloured voltage marking allows maintenance staff to quickly identify the unit in the cabinet. This product line also features a complete range of accessories, such as the V-GROUND for earthing all sensor signals or the V-TEST connector for circuit measurements. A VSPC Locking Clip also fixes the pluggable arrester on the base to withstand even extreme loads. The VSPC R monitoring modules have an integrated message function which is monitored and controlled via the VSPC CONTROL UNIT. The base element with plugged-in arrester has a total height of 69 mm.
