A current transformer transform a value of primary current to a standardizing small value of secondary current easy to handle for measurement instruments or protective relay. The standard secondary value are 5 Amp, 2 Amp and 1 Amp, the preferred value is 5 Amp. The toroidal core are using high grade cold roll grain oriented silicon stell strip, covered with layers of high insulation grade material, providing the core totally insulated from the secondary winding. The enamelled copper wire then wound on the core by high precision automatic toroidal winding machine, the secondary winding protected by another layout of prespahn insulation and finally covered by lapped of PVC tape, M6 screws and nuts are provided for connectionThe RS-204 Series is a small size 5 digit ratchet counter with a 4.8 x 2.4mm digit size. The counter is right or left shaft - top going or top coming and counting is done thru ratchet movement of the input shaft with speeds upto 500 counts/minute. The RS-204 series has a metal case and base mounted and comes with a reset knob. Non-reset type is available upon request.
