Long DescriptionSMC's popular one touch technology has been incorporated into this series where all the wetted metal parts are made from stainless steel. This fitting is suitable for use in CRT production for example where the use of copper must be avoided. Other applications include wash down or other environments that could corrode normal fittings. KG can be used for vacuum ?100 kPa and pressures up to 1 MPa (~150 PSI). This fitting is available in 27 different body styles, with connection sizes from M5 to + R(PT), and tube sizes from 4mm OD to 12 mm ODAntistatic One-touch fittings series KA has one-touch loading and unloading. Series KA can be used in copper-free applications and in vacuum (max. -100kPa). Conductive resin is used for body and seals in fittings and tubing. Series KA is flame resistant (UL94 standard, V-0).Series M and MS miniature fittings are for use with air connections in confined areas. The hose nipple and hose elbow styles accept nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane tubing. The body of the MS series is stainless steel, making it possible to use this fitting in corrosive applications.
