Long DescriptionCMP E1FX cable gland is designed for use in hazardous areas with Ex eb, Ex db, Ex nR, and Ex ta protection, ensuring safe cable termination for braid and steel tape armoured cables in explosive atmospheres. Engineered with metal-to-metal armour clamping, displacement-type flameproof inner seal, and load retention outer seal, it delivers superior mechanical strength, reliable flameproof performance, and excellent resistance to coldflow. Its unique OSTG system prevents overtightening, while EMC-tested construction provides exceptional electromagnetic compatibility. Suitable for Class I Zone 1, 21 and Zone 2, 22 environments, it operates between -60°C to +130°C and complies with global standards including IECEx, ATEX, cCSAus, and UKEX certifications. Built from brass, electroless nickel-plated brass, or aluminium with CMP SOLO LSF halogen-free seals, it achieves IP66/IP68 ingress protection and DTS01 deluge compliance. Ideal for both direct and remote installations, the E1FX gland guarantees durable, secure performance in demanding industrial conditions.
