Long DescriptionThe CQS compact cylinder is available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The CQS offers standard long strokes * in four bore sizes from 12 to 25mm. Long stroke versions incorporate a wear band and thicker piston to handle the increased bearing needs of the longer strokes. Both switch capable and non-switch capable body styles are the same, and switches can be mounted on three * and four * sides. An increased side load version * is available for more demanding applications.It is made of High tensile alloy steel of Grade 14.9 and is for quick and permanent location of pulleys, collars and gears on shafts. Will hold fast even in poorly tapped holes. Interrupted profile of clamping face resists loosening due to vibration. Sizes above M6 are generally counterbored to provide maximum clamping efficiency.
