Long DescriptionAsahi toroidal current transformer for measurement and protection application in standart range or custome made. A current transformer transform a value of primary current to a standardizing small value of secondary current easy to handle for measurement instruments or protective relay. The standard secondary value are 5 Amp, 2 Amp and 1 Amp, the preferred value is 5 Amp. The toroidal core are using high grade cold roll grain oriented silicon stell strip, covered with layers of high insulation grade material, providing the core totally insulated from the secondary winding. The enamelled copper wire then wound on the core by high precision automatic toroidal winding machine, the secondary winding protected by another layout of prespahn insulation and finally covered by lapped of PVC tape, M6 screws and nuts are provided for connectionExceptional, effective and economical protection for all kinds of products. Ideal protection for machined components during production and storage. Also widely used to protect ceramics, glass and other fragile components/products through storage and distribution. Designed to help prevent both surface and impact damage. 'Cushion' products during transportation. 6 colour-coded sizes. High stretch capability handles products/components up to 400mm diameter. Exceptional formability and flexibility means irregular and intricate shapes can be protected.
