The zinc spring return mechanism without operating lever supports a lateral approach, 1 or 2 directions programmable and switch actuation in CW and CCW position, from left and right. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection. It offers mechanical durability of about 10 million operating cycles and electrical durability of about 1 million operating cycles. It is a safety switch with a rated operating current of 1.2A at 600V AC, 0.1A at 600V DC and conventional enclosed thermal current of 10A. It is an IP67 and NEMA 1/2/4/6/6P/12/13 rated product. The oscillator produces an alternating electromagnetic field that exits the detection area of the sensor. Any metallic object penetrating this field is then detected. This general purpose threaded cylindrical (M18) inductive proximity sensor is made of metal and it is flush mountable. Its nominal sensing distance is 8mm, it supports 1 normally closed PNP discrete output and it has a switching frequency of 1000Hz.
