Long DescriptionHy-Lok's flareless tube fittings feature a two-ferrel design that compensates for tolerances in tube O.D. and range in tube size from 1/16" to 2" (2mm to 38mm).Series KQG2 is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG2 series is available in both metric and inch sizes. The KQG2 is more compact and lightweight, and offers more configuration variations and tube sizes than the KQG series.The MXP high precision slide tables have travelling parallelism of 0.004 mm for all its bore sizes and non-rotating accuracy +/-0.03° for 6, 8, 10 mm bore siszes and non-rotating accuracy +/-0.04° for 12, 16 mm bore sizes. Its actuator body and guide block are made from Martensitic stainless steel for high rigidity and integrated to guide rails for isolating the load bearing from the movement of the piston rod and seals.
