Long DescriptionThis product is part of the XS range, an offer of inductive proximity sensors. This general purpose inductive proximity sensor in a cylindrical M18 design and fixed body. It is flush mountable and in a frontal detection face. It supports 8mm nominal sensing distance and 1 NO PNP discrete output. The inductive proximity sensor with a rated supply voltage of 12V to 24V DC with reverse polarity protection and no load current consumption of ≤10mA. It is furnished with 4-pin M12 male connector for electrical connection. It is an IP67 rated product. The enclosure is made of nickel plated brass. The length of this product is 64mm. It weighs 0.035kg. It is suitable for railway, mobile equipment, material handling/conveying/logistics, material working/machine tools, packaging, robotics, food and beverage industries. This product is certified by CE, CSA and UL. Inductive sensors come in flush and non flush versions, M8, M12, M18, M30 short and long bodies cylindrical forms, standard cubic, rectangular and flat forms. The inductive proximity sensors for non contact sensing of metal objects up to 60mm. It is designed for use in industrial applications relating to presence detection.Continuously molded design provides reliable, consistent performance through the applicator for a high quality termination every time. Fork design provides for fast and easy installation, without the need to remove fastener. Insulation support helps to prevent wire damage in bending applications. UL Flammability UL 94V-0, maximum insulation temperature 221°F (105°C). UL and CSA rated up 600 V per UL 486A/B.
