Long DescriptionThe cable tie mount in black is applied with a rivet and is 0.62" (15.8 mm) wide. It uses a #10 screw and is made of heat-stabilized nylon 6.6, which increases mechanical strength, heat and wear resistance, and stiffness in indoor environments.The exothermic welding process is a method of making electrical connections of copper to copper or copper to steel in which no outside source of heat or power is required. In this process, granular metals (granular copper oxide and aluminium) are placed from a container into a graphite crucible and ignited. This process is a cost effective method of completing a high quality electrical connection and is also simple to follow.LEC-G is a Fieldbus-compatible Gateway (GW) unit for electric actuators. Protocols include CC-Link Ver. 2.0, DeviceNet™, PROFIBUS DP, and EtherNet/IP™. Cables and branch connectors are available for connecting up to 12 controllers, depending on the selected protocol.
