Long DescriptionThe RUPAM CW Type brass cable gland is a versatile solution designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, used with all Single Wire Armour (SWA) cable types. Its primary functions include ensuring mechanical cable retention and establishing electrical continuity through armour wire termination. A unique feature of this gland is its clamping ring, which facilitates easy disconnection of the cable from equipment, making maintenance tasks more straightforward. This innovative design also supports remote make-off procedures, proving invaluable when terminations need to be executed in areas with limited access. Constructed and rigorously tested in alignment with the BS6121:1989 standards, this cable gland also fulfills the criteria set by EN 50262:1999, underscoring its quality and reliability.Series AN silencers offer various styles and low backpressure in a compact, easy mounting design. The noise reduction has been improved to 30 dB(A) and the case is UL94-V0 grade, flame resistant material. Series AN is available with M, R or NPT threads.LOCTITE 603 is designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts, particularly where consistently clean surfaces cannot be assured. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Typical applications include retaining roller bearings or oil impregnated bushings into housings.
