Long DescriptionThis XCKP ComPacT format (CENELEC EN 50047) limit switch has a steel roller plunger and a plastic body. This limit switch has a double insulated thermoplastic body, a modular design allowing easier maintenance and a ComPacT CENELEC EN50047 format. It is IP66 and IK04 impact resistant, making it ideal for heavy duty use in harsh conditions. It is fixed on the machine by its body, and has a typical 5 million cycles electrical durability in DC-13 utilization category. It complies with CCC, EN/IEC 60947.-5-1, CSA C22.2 No.14, EN/IEC 60204-1, UL 508 standards. Compatible with the well distributed range of common XCK heads, allowing quick replacement in case of damage. Variable composition design allows late modifications on the switch, for example change of connection type or head.ZC products are part of the XC standard range, an offer of limit switches. The ZCMD25L2 is a limit switch body compatible with the ranges XCMD and XCMV. This limit switch body has 1 normally closed + 1 normally open slow-break (break-before-make) silver plated contacts, and its minimum actuation speed is 6m/min. It connects through its 2m removable cable (cable composition 5 x 0.75mm²). This limit switch body is made of zamak and it weighs 0.065kg. This product can be used to assemble a limit switch adapted to your needs or used as a spare part. The ZC range makes the XC limit switches modular by giving you the possibility to assemble the product that best suits your needs.
