Long DescriptionThis XCKJ industrial format (EN 50041) limit switch has a thermoplastic rod round lever and a Zamak body. This limit switch has a robust Zamak body and head, a modular design allowing easier maintenance and a industrial CENELEC EN50041 form A format. It is IP66 and IK07 impact resistant, making it ideal for heavy duty use in harsh conditions. It is fixed on the machine by its body, and has a typical 5 million cycles electrical durability in DC-13 utilization category. It complies with CCC, EN/IEC 60947.-5-1, CSA C22.2 No.14, EN/IEC 60204-1, UL 508, BV, EAC standards. Compatible with the well distributed range of common XCK heads, allowing quick replacement in case of damage. Variable composition design allows late modifications on the switch, for example change of connection type or head.This compact design single mode (thru-beam system) photo-electric sensor has a PBT case. It has a supply voltage of 12V to 24V DC. This multi-mode rectangular photoelectric emitter has a painted aluminium and polyamide construction, is mountable directly on a surface or bracket, thanks to its 4 fixing points. It has VALOX® PBT high strength case ideal for high temperature environments and PMMA scratch-resistant lens for maximum sensor durability. 3 LED display allows to identify status of the sensor and beam instability, to facilitate troubleshooting. IP65 and IP67 protection makes this product ready for the harshest environments. It can operate in very cold (-25°C) and hot environments (+55°C). It provides double insulation for better people and system protection from electrical shocks. It is CSA and UL certified.
