Long DescriptionThis compact design multi mode photo-electric sensor has a PBT case. It has a supply voltage of 12V to 24V DC. This multi-mode rectangular photoelectric sensor has a plastic body, is mountable directly on a surface or bracket, thanks to its 3 fixing points. It has VALOX® PBT high strength case ideal for high temperature environments and PMMA scratch-resistant lens for maximum sensor durability. 3 LED display allows to identify status of the sensor and troubleshoot issues. IP65 protection makes this product ready for the harshest environments. It can operate in very cold (-25°C) and hot environments (+55°C). It provides double insulation for better people and system protection from electrical shocks. It is CSA and UL certified.ZC products are part of the XC standard range, an offer of limit switches. The ZCKL1 is a limit switch body compatible with the range XCKL. This limit switch body has 1 normally closed + 1 normally open snap action silver plated contacts, and its minimum actuation speed is 0.01m/min. It connects through screw-clamp terminals (clamping capacity 1 x 0.34...2 x 1.5mm²) and it has 1 tapped entry for Pg 13.5 cable gland (included). This limit switch body is made of metal and it weighs 0.21kg. This product can be used to assemble a limit switch adapted to your needs or used as a spare part. The ZC range makes the XC limit switches modular by giving you the possibility to assemble the product that best suits your needs.This product is part of the XC Standard range, an offer of limit switches. The limit switch is a device that converts a mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. It has 1 normally closed + 1 normally opened, snap action contacts with positive opening operation. It is a safety switch with a rated operational current of 1.5A at 240V AC and 0.1A at 250V AC. It is furnished with a removable cable connector for electrical connection. It is an IP66, IP67, IP68 and IK08 rated product. It has a spring return metal roller lever, supports lateral approach in 2 directions. It offers mechanical durability of about 10 million operating cycles and electrical durability of about 5 million operating cycles. This plunger head limit switch has a fixed type body which is made of Zamak. Its dimensions are 30mm (width) x 16mm (depth) x 50mm (height). It is intended for all industrial machine application such as packaging, materials handling, conveying, machining, food and beverage, service sector, etc. This product is certified by UL and CSA. It complies with UL 508, IEC 60947-5-1, EN 60947-5-1 and CSA C22.2 No 14 standards. European standard products (EN 50047) have positive opening contacts, even in snap action versions which allow use in safety applications. The IEC limit switch offers a positive opening on all snap contacts, for safer machinery. Switch is available with modular design for easier maintenance.
