Lighting is an important aspect of any building because it not only helps with visibility but it as the amazing potential of increasing the aesthetic appeal of a building. By opting to upgrade to modern lighting, users are not only able to save energy but have lighting that works well for the space.

KVC successfully assisted the world’s largest F&B processing plant in Chembong, Negeri Sembilan to upgrade their lighting system. The experts from KVC proposed to change the plant’s traditional high bay 400W to DIGITAL LUMENS CLE Intelligent LED High Bay 150W. Before this upgrade, this processing plant’s lighting lacked reliability, monitoring capabilities and the flexible capability to adapt lighting, set scenes and adjust schedule settings. To ensure that the newly upgraded lighting system would perform the way it was intended, KVC conducted the simulation design, testing and commissioning. Even with the lower Watt, the LED high bay can provide optimal brightness and a longer lifespan when compared to the traditional high bay.

Besides the above-mentioned project, KVC was granted the opportunity to upgrade from conventional lighting to LED lighting at one of the well-known Insurance building car parks in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. This project happened because KVC approached the property management team and understood the customer’s pain points which occurred because the building was old. The major challenge was that this building had high energy and electricity cost and wiring issues that needed rectifying. KVC’s team of experts completed the project by offering 7,000pcs of LEDVANCE LED tubes. With this solution, energy and cost savings are achieved as well as the resolution of the wiring problem.
