The 2024 KVC Leadership Meeting (KLM) took place on the 5th of July, gathering over 100 managers and senior management team members at the KVC headquarters. This year's theme, “Resilience & Sustainability,” emphasizes the importance of ensuring the long-term strength, adaptability, and health of the organisation.
The event started with an in-depth review of KVC’s financial performance, setting the stage for insightful sessions. Key topics included business strategies, commercial excellence, and operational updates, all aimed at reinforcing our leadership position through innovation, customer-centricity, and sustainable practices.
Our strategic vision and goals were conveyed efficiently through the topics of market insights, XtructureD Solutions (XD) references, and operations updates. With a focus on innovation, customer-centricity, and sustainability, we aim to continue positioning ourselves as the industry's frontrunner.
A significant part of the agenda focused on the KVC Sustainability initiatives, where we discussed our achievements and the solutions we offer to our customers.
