Lockout Tagout is an important safety component that is critical to safeguarding workers around the machinery and equipment they operate, service and maintain. On 28th September 2020, KVC has provided a product and demonstration training to lecturers in one of the university in Johor Bahru. The objective of the half-day training was focusing on the Lockout Tagout (LOTO) implementation procedure and the right usage.

During the training, we have demonstrated a few LOTO functions and its safety procedures to protect workers from the risks posed by live machinery or electricity such as Circuit Breaker Lockout, Safety Redbox™ Group Lockout Box, Valve Lockouts, SafeKey padlocks and Lockout Padlocks.

The Circuit Breaker Lockouts offers a wide variety of lockouts to isolate and secure most circuit breaker switches which cover from standard snap-on and clamp-on models to oversized, multi-pole and miniature options. Safety Redbox™ Group Lockout Box is a wall-mounted group lockbox with a quick-release system for great portability that comes with a convenient wall mounting bracket designed to withstand a wide range of environmental conditions.

The Valve Lockouts devices help to shutoff many kinds of pressured valves including ball valve, butterfly valve, cylinder valve, gate valve, plug valve and pneumatic. Brady SafeKey Lockout Padlocks is an innovatively designed padlock that gives up to 700% unique key possibilities than a standard safety padlock, without sacrificing a secure lockout. A compact Lockout Padlocks is extremely compact and lightweight that can easily fit in small spaces making it ideal for electrical contractors, maintenance and electricians.
